Had a fun trip with a group of friends! We explored the vibrant Soho district and strolled around Covent Garden. It was easy to get around thanks to the nearby train services, with quick trips to popular spots. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for sightseeing.

One downside was the lack of power sockets in the room, which made charging our devices a bit tricky.

Super clean and comfy stay!

I had a lovely stay here. The rooms are super tidy and always so well kept. Staff is friendly and super helpful, especially at breakfast – they have a great buffet with loads of options! Only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit laggy at times, but it didn’t ruin my experience.

The outdated decor and shabbiness in both rooms and bathrooms need urgent attention!!! The lack of sufficient power sockets by bedsides feels frustrating during any stay!!!

The upgraded two-storey suite we got was such a nice surprise, complete with a lovely birthday message and fresh fruit! I really enjoyed relaxing in the garden and watching TV in the lounge. Just a heads-up, some noise from neighbors kept things lively one night, but overall it was a fantastic experience! 🎉

I had a pleasant time at NH London Kensington. The location was perfect, only a short walk from Earl's Court station. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, making me feel welcome right away.
